The interior renovation consists of 2 floors totalling 12,500 square feet of very high end space.  The finishes are of a high quality and took a significant amount of time to meet the owner's expectations.  Included in the renovations is a cantilevered metal stair in the atrium, finished with a glass and stainless handrail, and marble and stainless steel cladding.
