Providence Place

Providence Place is a two-storey, 188-bed geriatric assessment, rehabilitation and continuing care facility. The approximate gross area is 16,980 m². The building consists of cast-in-place concrete piles, foundation walls, grade beams and superstructure. The roof is structural steel composed of standing seam metal panels on sloped portions and modified bitumen membrane on flat areas. Exterior walls are constructed of brick and block back-up.
