Souris Valley Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Approximately 65,000 sf new building addition tying into an existing seniors complex, and major renovations to an ice hockey arena including a new refrigerated slab. The new complex includes a library, gymnasium, six-lane pool with waterslide, leisure pool and whirlpool, squash courts, kitchen and administration offices. Exterior sitework, parking and underground site services were included in the contract.
