Polar Development Yellowknife Apartments

The Polar Developments Yellowknife Apartment building is a 15-floor, 112- suite residential development.  Polar Developments is a repeat client as PCL Constructors Western Ltd. completed construction of their first high-rise apartment in 1986.  When completed, this development will include apartments, hotel suites, laundry facilities, maintenance shop, exercise room, and the new offices for Polar Developments.
