A major east - west pedestrian corridor that connects the future Volunteer Plaza to the existing Festival Place (another PCL project). The walkway links to Sherwood Park's trail system, and connects the cultural, residential, commercial and civic buildings in the area.
Along the northern edge of the Walk are seven distinctive water features with a connecting trench running parallel to the 400 lineal meter paving stone pathway complete with a concrete border and complemented with bench seating. Energy-efficient, indirect reflective light standards line the walkway, end to end.
