Mayfield Inn North Tower Renovations

Renovations to the Mayfield Inn consisted of a complete makeover of all146 rooms and suites in the north tower. Besides these suite renovations, the exterior north and south elevations received two coats of elastormeric paint.

The 10-story north tower is made-up of six large business suites, one premiere suite, two jacuzzi suites, two bi-level suites, 10 kitchenette suites and 125 common suites catered for the family, tour and sport groups, business, VIPs, and special getaway markets.

All 146 rooms and suites received new carpet, vinyl wall coverings, washroom ceramic wall and floor tile and miscellaneous kitchenette upgrades. The owner-supplied new window coverings, casegoods and furnishings for each room. Included with the suite renovations were the upgrades to the corridor carpet and vinyl wall coverings.
