To better suit customers' needs, the Bank of Montreal, our National Client, decided to amalgamate their two St. Albert branches. The project involved fitting out a new 6,600-sf shell. This project used the Bank's "ASSIST" standards as well as became a prototype for some new Bank standards such as the net banking kiosk and investment centre. As there were a host of consultants between the landlord, T.G.S. Properties Ltd. and the tenant, we built a close working relationship between all involved in the project.
