Project Description

This is the construction of a 21,770 square foot LEED gold certified building complete with four vehicle bays, eight dorm rooms, hose tower and office space (including City emergency command centre).  Provision also of all site services including storm, sanitary sewer, electrical and data/communication duct banks, water, landscaping, and parking areas.
