Building 'A'

Construction for Building 'A' continues to move forward at a steady pace. Structural steel erection was completed in late February and currently the masons, framers, and drywallers are all progressing to close in the building.  PCL has had the building hoarded in for some time to allow mechanical and electrical subtrades to work on the building interior, and now with the ground thawed PCL plans to start placing slab-on-grade in early April.

 
ROW Building
Creativity was at its best throughout the cold season for foundation work at the ROW Building. Utilizing residential floor joists and PCL issued tarps, detailed concrete works were completed for both the track and hoist pits. Concrete foundation work was completed at the end of February. Steel erection commenced in mid March and is scheduled for completion for the end of April. Once steel is complete, the outside walls will be erected and masonry will begin.
