Current Progress

June 2008:
Construction is in progress for level 4 for the East Tower and ground floor for the West Tower. SOG prep and sumps are in progress in the Northeast area with part of P4, P3 and P2 constructed.

Project Description

Centennial Place is a landmark project for Oxford Properties Group Inc. located in the Eau Claire district of downtown Calgary, Alberta.

The project consists of more than four full levels of below-grade parking covering an entire city block and two levels of podium incorporating a food court area linked to the Plus 15 system. On top of the podium are two towers - a 43 storey structure on the east side and a 25 storey structure on the west side of the site.
