Special Projects
The Special Projects mandate is to undertake projects in the $5,000 to $3-million range. This represents approximately 86 per cent of our total projects. Owners of small construction projects get the best of both worlds from Special Projects: the commitment, responsiveness and friendly service of a small contractor, and the expertise, financial strength and purchasing power of a large construction company. As an added bonus, Special Projects offers such valuable services as design, budgeting and construction management.
