Our current team of more than 190 construction professionals consists of true Construction Leaders, providing the best value and service to our clients and partners.  We are wholly employee owned, and our ownership program is one of our unique business strengths. 

Over the last 60 years, PCL has constructed many of the buildings and facilities which now create the distinctive Calgary skyline. Our portfolio also includes civil work: from bridges, overpasses, tunnels and interchanges, to water treatment facilities, pipelines and light rail transportation projects.

We also excel at smaller, unique projects. Our Special Projects Division’s expertise in tenant fitout and renovations is well known throughout the Calgary market, and offers employees the challenge of completing multiple projects within a short time frame. This division is also responsible for many unique projects.

We are expanding our portfolio with many exciting new projects, and we have career opportunities in all areas of our operation: project management, field management, estimating, building systems, safety and loss prevention, and finance and administration. Trades People

As a construction manager, we do not hire hourly labourers or trades persons. However, many of our subcontractors have employment opportunities available.
