PCL Construction Management Inc. provides construction services throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. The work is conducted out of four offices, strategically located in the major centers of Edmonton, Calgary, Regina and Saskatoon.

Each office location provides full design-build, general contracting and construction management services. Clients benefit from our in-house services, such as pre-construction support, conceptual and detailed estimating, purchasing, scheduling and cost control, project management, administration, accounting, human resources and marketing/business development.

In most instances, we complete the entire project under a joint venture agreement with Maxam Contracting Ltd. Within the PCL-Maxam, A Joint Venture structure, PCL provides the management and construction expertise, while Maxam provides skilled manpower. For those clients who prefer a construction management contract, work can be subcontracted to PCL-Maxam.

We have a vast portfolio of commercial, institutional and infrastructure work, consisting of shopping centres, office towers, multi-family residential complexes, educational and health care facilities, museums, airports, sports and entertainment facilities, bridges, overpasses and waste/waste-water treatment plants.

In addition to major projects, we attribute a big part of our success to our network of Special Projects teams. This network of construction professionals focuses on smaller scale, unique construction projects ranging in value from $10,000 to $5 million. Their work encompasses everything from tenant fit-out and renovation work to maintenance, repairs and new construction.
